Shift Pattern Varied shifts: AM and PM as needed per business requirements. Weekend and holiday availability required.

What Will I Be Doing?
Assign work and supervise team performance in all front‑office procedures, including check‑in/check‑out, lobby traffic, luggage assistance, telephone operator services, and room rate determination.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues and complaints in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Schedule, assign daily work, lead pre‑shift meetings, inform and train team members.
Monitor, evaluate, and assist in assessing team member performance.
Monitor lobby traffic and adjust staffing accordingly.
