Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day operations of the rehabilitation department.
Provide direct clinical care to patients.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external providers.
Qualifications
Valid South Carolina license as a PT, SLP, PTA, or COTA.
Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) management.
