Quality Assurance Specialist (Home Care QA Visits)

Location:
2129 Osuna Rd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87113
Schedule:
Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, one‑hour lunch, two 15‑minute breaks; occasional evenings & weekends.

Essential Duties:
Conduct in‑home visits to monitor client condition and Home Care Aide performance.
Maintain compliance with company and Department of Aging rules, regulations, and standards.
Welcome new clients and review the Welcome Packet during initial visits.
Observe and evaluate Home Care Aides to ensure Care Plans are followed.
Prepare accurate evaluation reports and case notes.
Maintain schedules to ensure timely completion of all assigned home visits.
Attend weekly branch meetings.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Ensure regular, predictable attendance and flexibility for department needs.
Follow Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations.
Abide by all regulations, policies, procedures, and standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements & Competencies:
Minimum 3 years of experience in senior services or related social service field.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage high call volumes.
Customer‑focused and client‑oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance for travel within the branch service area.
