What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Optimize and improve existing Sales Development Representative (SDR) processes for scalability
Partner with SDR leaders to enhance productivity and improve pipeline generation quality
Design and manage lead management, routing, and qualification processes
Create and support regular business reporting needs and Salesforce dashboards
Work with Sales and Marketing leadership to refine the Go-to-Market strategy and implement outreach methodologies
What is Required (Qualifications):
At least 4+ years of experience within a Revenue organization focused on SDR productivity
Strong operations background with a passion for improving processes and leveraging technology
Proven experience optimizing and implementing new workflows and technology in a sales environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
Experience in establishing benchmark KPIs and assessing performance with business leaders

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and write effectively
Proven creative problem-solver with innovative approaches to driving sales productivity
Strong project management skills with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency
Experience with B2B sales processes and related tools
