What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the small molecule R&D solution

Own the go‑to‑market strategy, collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer success

Partner closely with customers to understand scientific workflows and market trends

Translate insights into scalable software capabilities with exceptional UX/UI

Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality products

What is Required (Qualifications)

5+ years of software product management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment

Proven ability to lead complex product initiatives and drive product development from concept to launch

Experience in a fast‑paced, agile environment with a bias for action

Knowledge of small molecule R&D or the ability to quickly build domain expertise in a regulated industry

Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in cross‑functional teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience shipping products quickly and iteratively

Demonstrated track record of empathetic collaboration between scientists, engineers, and business teams

Familiarity with market trends in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals
