What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and sustainment across multiple initiatives

Define and champion the product vision and roadmap, aligning user needs with business goals

Translate complex requirements into clear user stories and prioritized backlogs for agile teams

Collaborate with UX/UI designers and engineers to deliver high-quality digital solutions

Partner with senior leadership and federal customers to ensure products meet mission and compliance goals

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in STEM, computer science, design, or a related technical discipline

5+ years leading cross-functional teams and 3+ years managing digital products through full lifecycle delivery

Proven ability to deliver secure, compliant solutions within federal IT environments

Strong communication skills to translate technical complexity into business value

Deep understanding of cloud technologies, data privacy, and compliance frameworks

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Familiarity with FedRAMP, FISMA, and ATO compliance requirements

Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated approach to navigating ambiguity

Passion for building technology that improves government performance
