Key Responsibilities:
Lead full project lifecycle for labeling initiatives, including planning, specification development, installation, configuration, UAT, training, and go-live.
Coordinate with engineering and IT teams to align Loftware deployment with ERP systems.
Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
Manage risks, issues, and change requests effectively.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring best practices and compliance.
Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and metrics.
Drive continuous improvement in labeling processes and tools.
Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in enterprise software implementations.
Hands‑on experience with Loftware Spectrum or similar labeling systems.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and integration processes.
PMP certification preferred.
