Senior Recruiter & Business Solutions Manager | Team Lead | Ultimate Staffing Services Business Development Manager - Retail Channels
Pay: $80,000-$100,000 annually
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Travel: 25-50%
Position Overview We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager - Retail Channels to expand market presence through national retail and distribution channels. This role focuses on building partnerships with major retailers and developing new channel opportunities to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to grow retail and distribution channels.
Identify and secure partnerships with national retailers and distributors.
Negotiate contracts and manage agreements to maximize profitability.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align channel strategies.
Monitor channel performance and prepare reports for leadership.
Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate documentation.
Travel nationally as needed to meet partners and attend industry events.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (required).
Must be local to Chino, California.
5+ years of experience in channel management, retail development, or strategic account management.
Proven success securing national retail or distributor partnerships.
Strong negotiation, contract management, and communication skills.
Ability to travel 25-50% nationally.
Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a drug screening and background check.
