Common Process Group (CPG): Two or more Stellantis parts that share a constraint/bottleneck within their manufacturing processor tiered suppliers.
Common Process Group Specialist: SCM subject matter experts in common process group creation, maintenance, and validation. Supports stakeholders in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Supplier Operations, and Suppliers.
Common Process Group Specialist Key Tasks:
Identification of Bottlenecks: Helps identify supplier manufacturing and tiered bottlenecks to understand capacity flexibility
Data Integrity: Ensures data inputs from suppliers are accurate and reflect shared constraints within the supplier’s manufacturing process and tiered suppliers with all Stellantis parts to increase capacity flexibility
organizations (SCM, Purchasing, Supplier Operations) and suppliers how to use and understand CPGs
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, Operations Management, or other closely related degree.
Strong analytical skills
Strong English written and oral communication skills including experience presenting information to large and diverse groups including upwards to Executives
Ability to think strategically and develop/improve processes
Self-directed
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience and understanding of STLA’s product configuration, bill of material, forecasting, releasing and purchasing systems
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Advanced analytical skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint knowledge
