Position Overview Foreman Tower

Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure safety is always adhered to using proper procedures such as 100% tie off and completing daily JSA/toolbox talks.
Work with the Project Manager daily to ensure schedules and budgets are being met.
Verify ordered project materials are accurate and complete reviewing BOMs.
Ability to climb and rescue at 100 feet or more with 50lb. load.
Ability to complete coax, fiber, boom, microwave dishes, antenna, and radio installations.
Responsible for tracking and approving time for all crew members.
Ensure tools and equipment on project sites are always utilized and maintained responsibly.
Perform PIM, sweep, fiber, and antenna alignment testing on site.
Communicate with customers, providing daily updates and problem resolution.
Interpret construction drawings, RFDS, port diagrams, and tower/mount structural analysis.
Complete project required close‑out packages and submit required photos to management.
Train and develop Tower Technicians and Tower Foreman according to the Career Advancement Matrix (CAM).
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels while onsite.
Must endure regular exposure to all weather conditions, including hot, cold, humidity, and rain through the year.
When working on site, will be required to wear common protective safety equipment such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, and steel‑toed boots.
Experience and Education
5+ years of experience in the wireless industry.
2+ years in a Tower Foreman role leading wireless crews.
OSHA30 certification preferred.
Valid driver license with a clean driving record required.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Compensation The starting pay for this position is
$30.00
per hour and may vary based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
