Excel Restoration is seeking a motivated, relationship‑driven
Marketing & Business Development Representative - Plumber Referral Partner
to help grow our network of referral partners and expand brand visibility across the
Greater Milwaukee, WI
area. This role focuses on building long‑term partnerships that generate consistent mitigation and reconstruction leads from plumbing companies, property managers, insurance agents, realtors, and other trade professionals.
The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, and passionate about connecting with people. Experience in restoration, construction, plumbing, or insurance‑related sales is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with local plumbing companies, property managers, and other referral sources to drive consistent lead flow for water mitigation and reconstruction projects.
Conduct regular field visits, presentations, and networking events to promote Excel Restoration’s services and partnership benefits.
Maintain ongoing communication with referral partners to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and top‑of‑mind visibility.
Collaborate with internal marketing, mitigation, and reconstruction teams to ensure smooth referral handoffs and an exceptional client experience.
Track all partner activities, leads, and performance metrics using CRM tools to measure growth and ROI.
Develop creative marketing initiatives—both digital and field‑based—to increase brand recognition and community presence.
Represent Excel Restoration at industry events, trade shows, and local networking opportunities.
Key Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management—preferably within restoration, construction, plumbing, or insurance services.
Existing network of local plumbers, property managers, or insurance professionals is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and earn trust.
Highly motivated, independent, and goal‑oriented; thrives in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
Strong organizational and CRM management skills.
Willingness to travel locally for meetings, partner visits, and events.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
