After School Wellness and Enrichment Coordinator
General Summary
The coordinator will recruit and guide students through the afterschool program. Duties include scheduling staff, activities, events and maintaining and reporting all required data per the grant.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborate with other schools for recruitment of students aged 13-18.
Guide students through the afterschool intake assessment interview and process.
Schedule wellness and enrichment activities after school, including during February and April school vacations and a four-week summer program.
Coordinate staff work schedules and professional development for afterschool staff.
Coordinate with outside contractors and agencies to ensure attendance as needed.
Collect, maintain, and report all required data per grant, including student registration, attendance and assessment records.
Attend all BSAS/DPH required meetings and professional development opportunities.
Education and Experience
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Alternative: 5 or more years of work experience with youth related to substance use and recovery.
Salary $53,192.00

Ability to handle inquiries or complaints and respond to questions from students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

Computer software proficiency and data organization/interpretation.
