Supply Chain Analyst – Materials Control
We’re hiring a high-impact Supply Chain Analyst to own materials control and project readiness for FANUC’s system integration builds. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who thrives on precision, accountability, and execution.

What You’ll Own
Full control of
expense materials inventory
supporting integration builds
Processing POs and supplier acknowledgements in
Material Tracker Apex
Tracking parts, equipment, and materials to
hit aggressive integration deadlines
Maintaining
clean, organized, project-ready material cages
Inspecting incoming materials, quarantining defects, and scrapping per procedure
Executing
domestic and international shipments , including export compliance
Coordinating shipments between
engineering, manufacturing, logistics, customers, and integrators
Supporting
kitting, launch, production support, and warranty execution
Auditing inventory to ensure
on-time, complete, and accurate shipments—every time
What It Takes to Win
1–3+ years in materials control, logistics, automation, or industrial operations
Strong understanding of inventory control / MRP (Oracle preferred)
Experience in automation, applications, or machine tools a plus
High attention to detail, strong sense of urgency, and zero tolerance for sloppiness
Confident communicator who works effectively across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams
Power user of
Excel, MS Office, Oracle, and web-based systems
