Small Girls PR is growing, and we’re looking for a Part‑Time Office Manager (1099 contractor) to support our Los Angeles office. This role requires availability in‑office two days per week (ideally Mondays and Tuesdays) between 9am–4pm PT, with an expected workload of approximately 8‑10 hours total across those two days. As a contractor role, this position is not benefit‑eligible. During busier times of the year, there may be opportunities to flex up hours as needed.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Maintain an organized and well‑run office space through vendor management and coordination, office cleanliness, ideating and coordinating decor, and taking inventory of current supplies

Work alongside People Operations team to assist with matters related to Onboarding including: prepare for new employee arrivals, set up workstations and provide each employee with a tour of the office

Provide admin support on cross‑office initiatives

Take charge of employee milestones with our Glitter Committee by taking the lead on birthdays, anniversaries and pivotal moments with creativity and thoughtfulness

Plan staff lunches and happy hours and team bonding activities once every quarter as well as bigger celebrations as needed like our holiday party or annual Small Summit

You can spot a typo a mile away, diligent with formatting, double checks everything twice, and never forgets or misses a deadline

You’re a self‑starter who feels exhilarated by the opportunity to own entire projects and assignments; you feel totally comfortable being autonomous

You’re able to remain level‑headed and calm under stress

You adjust quickly to changing priorities and cope effectively with complexity and change

For this opportunity, we are offering an hourly rate of $20/hr.
