Principal Client Success Executive, ADP Lyric HCM ADP is hiring a Principal Client Success Executive.

Leads clients on an HCM journey leveraging Lyric technology.

About the role

The Principal Client Success Executive (CSE) is responsible for driving client satisfaction and outcomes by monitoring and managing client success throughout the Lyric HCM journey. The CSE partners with Product, Implementation, and Project Management teams to define and execute Launch Readiness for all rollout phases. Working closely with client stakeholders, the CSE develops and executes client success plans focused on achieving desired outcomes at each stage of the client journey. The CSE manages all levels of ADP and the client organization to drive accountability for a seamless end‑to‑end client experience, ultimately ensuring long‑term retention and expansion of the partnership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as a trusted advisor and build/strengthen client partnerships by creating and operationalizing a Client Success Plan with decision makers and executives.

Execute the plan, marshaling the organization to achieve success milestones and desired outcomes.

Consult with clients to define appropriate outcomes based on their suite of products and adoption stage, ensuring optimal use and solution adoption.

Advocate for mutual best interests, drive engagement through data insights, and represent the client’s interests.

Manage total client satisfaction by delivering a unified experience in partnership with internal associates.

Maintain and update Success Plans, drive accountability, and monitor client health metrics.

Evaluate contract components, manage renewal processes, and support revenue expansion opportunities.

Coordinate cross‑functionally to resolve complex issues, improve the end‑to‑end experience, and influence product roadmap.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 8 years of managing and consulting with large, matrixed, global clients in a strategic account‑management role.

Minimum 8 years of experience in general management, sales, management consulting, or client success.

Strong analytical, research, client‑relations, executive‑presentation, and cross‑functional project‑management skills.

Experience with ADP Products, HCM solutions, and integrated technology.

Experience with the full client lifecycle, from development to implementation and ongoing account management.

Travel required.

BENEFITS

Base salary: USD $74,100.00 – $150,300.00 per year (varies by location and experience). Additional compensation may include bonus, equity, or commissions.
