Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Insurance Agency
Location: Murphy Insurance Services, LLC – Westlake Area, Austin, TX (In-Person Role)
About the Role: Murphy Insurance Services is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being part of a supportive office environment, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage inquiries Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person Process documents and maintain accurate client records Support the sales team by following up with clients and preparing quotes Help with renewals and retention efforts Keep a positive attitude and contribute to a team-first culture What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in insurance or customer service is preferred Must be organized, dependable, and able to multi-task Strong communication and computer skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Must be coachable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment A Texas P&C license is a bonus, but we’ll help the right candidate get licensed What We Offer:
