Position Summary The HVAC Installer is responsible for the installation and replacement of residential heating and cooling systems. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers

Set, test, braze, evacuate, and charge line sets

Perform basic low and high-voltage wiring connections

Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and local codes

Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

Maintain a clean and safe job site

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience

Ability to braze line sets and properly evacuate and charge systems

Comfortable completing basic electrical connections on HVAC equipment

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, and in tight spaces

Ability to work in crawl spaces and attics for extended periods

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Strong customer service and communication skills
