As an Inventory Fulfillment Associate, you will maintain accurate inventory records and ensure seamless fulfillment and receipt of orders in our wholesale operation while receiving training to provide on-demand customer support for our retail counter. You will coordinate shipment activities, verify product quality, and ensure timely deliveries. Your attention to detail and strong organization will be vital in managing inventory levels and identifying discrepancies or issues that arise.

Thrive in this role if you can manage changing priorities and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address inventory‑related concerns. Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems will support your success.

Responsibilities

Unpack, pack, verify, and record incoming or outgoing products.

Verify quality and quantity to ensure order accuracy.

Sort, inventory, and process products to prepare for fulfillment.

Accurately prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders.

Accurately unpack, verify, and prepare incoming orders.

Perform a variety of cross‑functional duties to adapt to business needs.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Commit to continual self‑improvement and learning on the job.

Qualifications

Regular 8‑hour shift Monday‑Friday (typically 8 a.m.–7 p.m.); availability to work overtime outside those hours, including occasional Saturdays, is required.

Ability to lift 70 pounds.

Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Strong computer and technology skills are required.

Ability to handle moderate physical workload and stand for extended periods.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong attention to detail.

Relevant retail or wholesale sales experience preferred.
