Join as a Tire and Battery Service Advisor at Sam's Club and help members purchase tires and batteries while assisting with financing options.
Base Pay Range $19.00/hr – $26.00/hr
Position Summary
Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources, and mentor new technicians.
Demonstrate knowledge of safety, compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, and service standards.
Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the service experience, and support associate engagement with handheld technology and systems.
Communicate equipment, tools, and supply needs; track returns and special orders and operate cash registers for transactions.
Maintain accurate inventory audit and safety and compliance standards, report hazards, and complete required documentation.
Advocate for a high-quality service experience, model teamwork, and mentor others in a supportive environment.
Apply the Open Door Policy and maintain ethical standards consistent with Walmart’s values.
Identify priorities, communicate progress, and recommend improvement opportunities in collaboration with managers and coworkers.
Build relationships, communicate with impact, and establish trust across the team.
