Remote Only local to New York, NY, Chicago, IL OR Austin, TX (Need to visit onsite once a month)

Duration: 6 Months (potential extensions)

The Activation Lead will support the Monetization Incentives Activation team by focusing on the execution of activation & GTM plans for multiple incentives for our clients' different sales channels. This role is responsible for supporting the rollout, engagement, and adoption of incentive programs by coordinating activation activities, enabling sales teams, and ensuring effective communication of program benefits.

Must-Have Skills:

Program manager to sit within monetization and incentives, commercial programs for advertisers, execution of all of our go to market plans across different sales channels across different regions

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, working with Cross-functional teams and stakeholders

3-4 years Operational rigor and project management skills

Strong analytical and insights driven mindsets, 4+ years’ business experience working with sales teams, agencies and/or partners.

Nice-to-have Skills

Has worked in the tech industry

Responsibilities:

GTM Activation: Partner on execution Monetization Incentives activation plans by coordinating with key Cross-functional teams from sales, operations, insights and others.

Act as a key partner for sales teams, providing timely information, materials, and support to drive incentive activation.

Help organize and deliver training sessions and OHs to ensure sales teams are equipped to utilize incentive benefits.

Communicate: Draft and share clear communications about benefit launches and changes geared towards audiences.

Gather and synthesize feedback from sales and Cross functional teams to inform future activation strategies.

Prepare sales-facing summary reports and insights in partnership with Activation Lead.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to lead discussions with key stakeholders to explore, evaluate, and develop best practices.

Strong team player with demonstrated project management skills. Will be asked to keep multiple projects and programs moving simultaneously.

Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Experience working effectively within a changing environment and pivoting to areas of greatest opportunity under ambiguous situations.

Works well under pressure, resourceful, works well independently and is a self-starter.

Basic Requirements:

4+ years’ business experience working with sales teams, agencies and/or partners.
