LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant for a temporary, fully onsite role with a reputable law firm in Charlotte, NC. This position will support attorneys in a fast-paced litigation practice, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in business/commercial litigation.

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative and litigation support to attorneys Prepare, revise, and format legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence File documents with state and federal courts (including e‑filing) Assist with discovery management and trial preparation Maintain case files, calendars, deadlines, and docketing Coordinate meetings, depositions, and court appearances Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel Qualifications
Prior experience as a litigation legal assistant or legal secretary required Business or commercial litigation experience is highly preferred Knowledge of state and federal court rules and procedures Strong document formatting, proofreading, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel); legal software experience a plus Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Fully onsite position in Charlotte, NC Temporary assignment with potential for extension based on business needs Benefits (Through LHH)
