Senior Litigation Paralegal – Hybrid – Atlanta
Base pay range: $110,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
Paramount Legal is seeking an experienced
Litigation Paralegal
to support attorneys on complex matters from case inception through resolution, including trial and appeals. This role partners closely with attorneys on all phases of litigation, including drafting and filing documents, discovery, deposition and trial preparation, and case management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support attorneys with litigation matters from commencement through trial or settlement
Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and court filings for attorney review
Manage discovery, including document collection, review, production, and ESI platforms
Summarize depositions and key testimony; organize case files and databases
Prepare for and assist at depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitrations
Coordinate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, vendors, and witnesses
Maintain calendars, deadlines, and docketing accuracy
Conduct legal and factual research and background checks as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of
3 years of litigation paralegal experience
Trial preparation experience required
Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules and e-filing procedures
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with minimal supervision
Willingness to work overtime when necessary
