Develop and maintain rolling work week schedules, aligned with company procedures. Facilitate and support Work Week execution in a rotational format, where each specialist rotates weekly between execution support and advance planning and scheduling responsibilities. Prepare and distribute essential scheduling documentation such as the Plan of the Week (POW), Daily Release Sheets (DRS'), and 4 Week Look Ahead. Create and participate in weekly metric preparation and trend analysis, supporting continuous process improvement. Evaluate and communicate the impact of emergent work requests on current schedules and assist in resource allocation updates. Coordinate and facilitate work week scheduling meetings with field work supervisors, managers, and project managers for multiple projects. Interface with internal project stakeholders and other Hanford contractors to support integrated scheduling. Utilize work week scheduling tools, including Oracle Primavera P6, Resource Allocation Sheets, and CMMS (Job Control System) to perform daily duties and assignments. Complete additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by Management. Facilitate efficient operations amid challenging timelines and strict, compliance requirements, while upholding the highest safety standards. Basic Qualifications
Career Level Grade 17: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 6 or more years of relevant experience. Senior Level Grade 18: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 8 or more years of relevant experience. Desired Qualifications
Experience in Operations, Production Control, Work Control, Scheduling, Construction, or Demolition is preferred. Previous experience or understanding of the rolling work week scheduling process. Proficient in reading/understanding logic driven work schedules (i.e., Oracle Primavera P6). Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel. Compensation & Benefits
In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates. Expected annualized pay range based on full time schedule (40 hours per week): Career Level Grade 17: $86,200 – $137,650 Senior Level Grade 18: $94,750 – $151,800 In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
