Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Venteon Finance is currently seeking a

COST AND INVENTORY ANALYST

for a stable manufacturing client located in the Detroit area.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

2 + years of experience in a Manufacturing Accounting setting

Cost Accounting experience

ERP Systems Experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.

Analyze ERP reports and investigate anomalies.

Analyze and recommend costs and cost savings.

Record month-end journal entries including but not limited to: E&O, warranty, labor and overhead applied, PPV, materials in transit, accrued sales

Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.

Assist in audits and general ledger preparation

Lead physical inventory counts, wall to wall as well as cycle counts

Ad hoc reporting and requests from management team
