Student Program Format This student program will follow an in‑person model. Students will be based at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, MI, and are expected to work onsite 3 to 5 days per week, depending on business needs. Students are required to work 24 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during normal business hours. The weekly schedule will be coordinated with their manager to accommodate the 24‑hour requirement while balancing class schedules. During the summer months, students may work up to 40 hours per week at the manager’s discretion. Applications are accepted year‑round, with cohorts starting quarterly in January, April, June, and September. Students remain in the program until graduation.

Department Details We are looking for a Student to support our Consumer & Market Insights functions in Brand, Product, and Marketing Research. As a Consumer & Market Insights Intern Research Manager, you will design, execute, and analyze consumer insights projects that inform business strategy and product development.
Key Responsibilities
Support end‑to‑end research projects, assisting with survey design, data collection, vendor coordination, and results analysis.
Collaborate with senior researchers to design research plans that address key business questions and translate stakeholder needs into actionable objectives.
Assist with qualitative research (focus groups, interviews, ethnography) and quantitative research (surveys, data analysis, dashboards).
Analyze and synthesize findings, transforming data and observations into meaningful insights, implications, and recommendations.
Create reports and presentations that clearly communicate insights to various audiences, utilizing visual and storytelling formats.
Contribute to internal process improvements by testing or documenting new tools, templates, or research techniques that enhance team efficiency.
Participate in cross‑functional meetings with design, engineering, brand, and marketing teams to observe how research informs decision‑making.
Support knowledge sharing by organizing research archives, summaries, or learnings to enable quick access to past insights.

Basic Qualifications
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
Ability to work 24 hours per week, year‑round.
Preferred Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Sociology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Passionate about representing the voice of the customer and helping shape key automotive brands and products to meet consumer needs.
Strong curiosity about consumer behavior, market trends, and data‑driven decision‑making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Experience with research tools or software (Qualtrics, SPSS, Excel analysis tools, Tableau, or mTAB).
Previous internship or coursework involving research or data analysis.
Familiarity with basic research methods (survey design, qualitative interviews, focus groups, etc.).
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new tools, methodologies, and processes.
