Student Program Format This student program will follow a hybrid/in‑person model. Students will be based at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan and are expected to work on‑site 3 to 5 days per week, depending on business needs. Students are expected to work 24 hours per week, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Candidates selected will work with their manager to determine a consistent weekly work schedule that fulfills the 24‑hour requirement while balancing class schedule. During summer months, students may work up to 40 hours per week at management’s discretion. Applications are accepted year‑round, and student program cohorts start on a quarterly basis in January, April, June, and September; students stay in the program until graduation.

As the program progresses, students take on increasing responsibility, gaining experience and making meaningful contributions.

Students will be assigned to a department based on background and skill set. Assignments are project‑oriented, valuable to the department, and allow the student to provide contributions. Students experience personal accomplishment and learn about corporate culture through work assignments, structured activities, exclusive networking events.

Department Details The North America Feature Planning team helps shape the Stellantis corporate vision with the identification, ideation, and prioritization of new and innovative customer‑facing feature concepts. The team applies a customer‑centric approach, heavily leveraging research, competitive intelligence, and brand teams.

This Role Will Be Responsible For The Following

Create or modify feature assets using photo or video editing software.

Synthesize feature‑specific customer research and competitive benchmarking information.

A successful candidate possesses the ability to translate consumer insights into feature concepts with a blend of creative, technical, and program‑management skills. A passion for self‑guided and in‑depth research and reflection is critical to developing a well‑rounded knowledge of the market and its opportunities for feature development.

Basic Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in design from an accredited college or university.

Achievement of at least sophomore status at an accredited university at the time of hire.

Ability to work 24 hours per week, year‑round.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong interest in automotive industry.

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop Suite.

Video/photo editing experience.

Demonstrated critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Good interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Creative/resourceful information mining and fact‑seeking skills.

Advanced analytical and PowerPoint presentation building skills.
