Key Responsibilities

Ensure a safe work environment for all employees

Supervise shift production teams to meet production schedules

Plan and allocate resources according to production schedules and staffing needs

Participate in implementing strategies and policies to improve daily and long-term operations

Provide feedback to team members and facilitate their development

Address performance issues through coaching, mentoring, or disciplinary action as needed

Lead root cause investigations using Lean Six Sigma (LSS) tools

Ensure accuracy and currency of work instructions

Track and facilitate the training and development of team members

Qualifications

Only U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, and political asylees or refugees are eligible to apply.

5+ years of manufacturing experience in an aerospace or related field required

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and Aerospace experience preferred

High school diploma equivalent (GED) required

Must be able to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

Must be able to effectively read, write, and communicate in English

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $96,000 Depending on experience
