The FF&E Coordinator is responsible for managing furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) schedules, procurement, and installation to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project standards. This role supports project managers and stakeholders by coordinating vendors, tracking inventory, and maintaining accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain FF&E schedules and procurement plans. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for timely delivery and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Ensure compliance with project standards, specifications, and quality requirements. Track inventory and manage closeout documentation. Assist with issue resolution related to FF&E during project execution. Maintain organized records and communicate updates to project managers and stakeholders. Qualifications
Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for working with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to manage timelines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Experience in procurement, logistics, or project coordination preferred. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or coursework in business, design, or related field a plus. 1–2 years of experience in coordination, procurement, or project support roles. Familiarity with furniture, fixtures, and equipment processes or construction industry standards is desirable. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites. Seniority level
