Who You’ll Be Working With If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!
You Will Be Responsible For The Following
Manage partner relationships and develop growth initiatives while maintaining a budget. Maintain Partner Service Levels and service delivery metrics.
Manage metrics, ensuring customer satisfaction and reporting statistical performance levels related to the Contact Center.
Demonstrate good knowledge of KYC processes, ability to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and deliver cost-savings solutions ensuring that targets are met.
Review all invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy of charges and aligned with contract terms including bonuses and penalties.
Measures, reports and evaluates vendor performance.
We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree holder of any course with relevant experience.
3-5 years of experience in operations, process management.
Drive for operations excellence, process improvement and resiliency to manage multiple initiatives.
Ability to create client‑ready presentations and drive related structuring and research independently, can take lead in structuring analysis with some guidance.
