Who You’ll Be Working With If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!
You Will Be Responsible For The Following
Ensure end-to-end performance, reliability, and accountability of third-party service providers and strategic partners. Enforce supplier governance, manage performance risks, strengthen partnership value, and align partner commitments with the organization’s service standards, business continuity objectives, and regulatory expectations.
Develop and maintain the Partner Reliability & Governance Framework aligned with ITIL’s Supplier Management lifecycle
Define and enforce Partner SLAs/OLAs, contract KPIs, and risk controls
Lead regular partner performance reviews, contract renewals, and performance negotiations
We’re Looking For
Minimum of 7-15 years of experience in IT Service Management IT Supplier Management, Service Delivery, or Partner Operations within fintech, telecom, or regulated industries
ITIL v4 (preferably in Supplier Management or Service Operations); COBIT, ISO 27001, or equivalent
Excellent communication, influence without authority, risk-based thinking, and structured problem-solving skills
Delivers data-driven partner performance insights through analysis, dashboards, and executive reporting.
