$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Insight Global is looking to hire an experienced Operations Manager to join a team in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. Manage site performance, ensuring cost control, labor efficiency, and operational profitability. Oversee production, refurbishment, and aftermarket parts sales for coil tubing, cementing, and frac equipment. Drive efficiency and quality through Lean principles, 5S, and continuous process improvements. Lead safety initiatives, ensuring OSHA compliance and promoting a safety‑first culture. Develop and mentor employees, fostering accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Oversee facility operations, including preventive maintenance and infrastructure projects. Identify risks and resolve production issues, implementing corrective actions to ensure successful job completion. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field OR Comparable years of experience 4+ years of leadership experience in Plant or Operations Management Demonstrated success leading a team Plusses
Experience in the oil and gas equipment industry Experience with Continuous Improvement Methods, and Lean principles Seniority level
