We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist responsible for identifying inefficiencies in manufacturing and implementing strategies to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall performance. The position will provide coaching and mentorship across all departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Responsibilities
Establish and drive a culture of continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives across the plants, focusing on operational efficiency, product quality, cost reductions, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and align projects with business objectives.
Facilitate problem-solving sessions and Kaizen events to engage teams in continuous improvement activities.
Conduct training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
One to three years in a Continuous Improvement role.
Six Sigma Green Belt training and/or certification preferred.
