Serve as a trusted resource for customers, addressing inquiries on deposit and loan accounts, transactions, and digital banking tools.
Deliver solutions that meet customer needs and enhance their financial well‑being.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.
Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining confidentiality.
Use technology, knowledge tools, and resources to provide seamless service.
Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and create a positive, customer‑first culture.

Previous experience in banking or a call center environment (2+ years preferred).

Salary range for this role is $17.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on experience.
