The Role We’re hiring a

Business Operations Associate : a capable, resourceful generalist who thrives in ambiguity and can execute across content, data, user research, ML-adjacent workflows, and general ops. This is a high-ownership role for someone early in their career who wants to work hard, learn quickly, and touch nearly every part of the company. This role is

fully in-person

at our NoHo, NYC office.

What You’ll Do Build and maintain lean processes, tools, and recurring reports for the team

Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks as the company scales

Own cross-functional projects end-to-end, ensuring clarity, speed, and follow-through

Support user research cycles and synthesize findings

Pull and analyze data to support product decisions and experiments

Support our Machine Learning team with structured data tasks (labeling, QA)

Support our content marketing efforts with sourcing and coordinating creators and content workflows

Support hiring efforts by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and keeping the process organized

Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and partners to ensure high-quality deliverables

This role is intentionally broad. One week you’re coordinating a team event and cleaning up a reporting spreadsheet; the next you’re helping source candidates, triaging a new tool rollout, and doing a small data pull for the founders.

What You Bring 1–3 years of experience

in a fast-paced environment (startup, consulting, operations, product, content, or generalist roles)

Smart, organized, and versatile: you learn fast

Low ego, high ownership: you execute with speed and follow-through

Strong with data: confident in Sheets/Excel and comfortable deriving insights from messy inputs

Clear communicator who writes well and can structure thinking concisely

Comfortable switching between creative, operational, analytical, and research-oriented work

Excited to be in-office in NYC and deeply involved in the day-to-day of building a startup
