Position Overview
Central Supply Clerk at Volare Health, LLC. Join the Hale Nani Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a 5‑star quality facility.
Full‑time position. Pay: $22.43 per hour.
Responsibilities
Verify census daily and prepare census reports.
Process admissions and discharge records accurately and timely.
Answer telephone and route calls promptly.
Assist nursing staff as assigned.
Report to work as scheduled, demonstrating dependability and punctuality.
Work cooperatively with staff, residents, physicians, consultants, and ancillary service providers.
Maintain professional appearance and proper attire.
Protect residents’ protected health information (PHI) and report suspected violations.
Ensure department computer workstation is properly logged off or password protected.
Report suspected resident abuse immediately.
Supply Distribution
Inventory and stock supplies at nurse station; distribute supplies.
Assist Central Supply Director as needed.
Maintain a safe and orderly work area.
Department Support
Answer calls.
Schedule appointments.
Assist with Nursing Department activities, including administrative support, assisting residents, families, visitors, and running errands to supply sources.
Requirements
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; follow oral and written directions necessary to perform the job.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to pass a background and reference inquiry.
