Key Responsibilities Shopify Site Management
Oversee all aspects of the Shopify ecommerce site, ensuring site is up‑to‑date, functional, and visually aligned with the brand
Manage and execute site updates, new product launches, merchandising, content updates, and promotions
Identify and troubleshoot site bugs or errors, working with developers or agencies as needed
Ecommerce Operations
Oversee day‑to‑day ecommerce operations including order processing, fulfillment, and shipping accuracy
Manage inventory flow between the warehouse and the ecommerce platform to ensure accurate stock levels
Maintain close communication with warehouse partners to ensure timely fulfillment, returns processing, and quality control
Customer Service Management
Manage and support the customer service representative, ensuring timely and professional handling of all customer inquiries, returns, and issues
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the customer experience
Project Management
Lead and execute ad‑hoc ecommerce projects (e.g., platform integrations, operational process improvements, new tech tools)
Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, creative, and operations teams to support brand initiatives online
Qualifications
3+ years of ecommerce experience, preferably with fashion or consumer brands
Strong hands‑on experience with Shopify and its ecosystem of apps, integrations, and backend management
Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse operations
Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Leadership and people management experience is a plus
Highly proactive, resourceful, and detail‑oriented
Salary $90,000-$95,000
