Litigation Legal Assistant – Houston A growing Texas-based law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support its expanding commercial and healthcare litigation practice. Candidates will work on a heavy litigation docket of commercial and personal injury defense cases, assisting multiple attorneys in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment. The position offers competitive compensation, parking, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Pay Range $70,000.00/yr – $78,000.00/yr

Duties and Responsibilities

Drafting and revising documents and correspondence

Preparing administrative and court filings

Managing electronic transcription

Processing expense reimbursements

Coordinating travel arrangements

Maintaining attorney calendars

Requirements / Qualifications

Minimum of 4+ years of recent legal assistant experience in a mid‑ to large‑size law firm

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Demonstrated strong work ethic along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to perform effectively in a high‑volume environment with minimal supervision
