Project Manager – Technology Deployment & Network Readiness

CDW is seeking a detail‑oriented
Project Manager
to lead onsite coordination for a large, multi‑phase technology rollout across multiple campuses. This role focuses on end‑user device deployment, network readiness, and ensuring all technical activities stay aligned, on schedule, and fully executed across complex enterprise environments.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the onsite coordinator for all technology deployment activities.
Oversee and track PC/endpoint deployments and Technical Dress Rehearsal activities.
Manage network readiness tasks, including cabling vendor coordination and port activation.
Maintain project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
Partner with infrastructure teams, vendors, and stakeholders to enable smooth, disruption‑free rollouts.
Identify risks early and drive resolution to keep projects on track.
Communicate updates clearly to leadership and aligned teams.
Ensure adherence to IT security standards, compliance policies, and organizational procedures.
Top Skills Needed:
Proven IT project management experience in complex or regulated enterprise environments.
Hands‑on experience with device deployments and network readiness efforts.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
Preferred Experience:
Facilities or construction project exposure.
PMP certification.
