Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an

Experienced NDT Level II Quality Test Specialist

to support our business in

San Antonio, TX .

Position Responsibilities

Analyzes routine data

Assists with standard corrective action recommendations

Documents and communicate standard test, analysis or measurement results to customers through entries in quality records and/or test reports

Performs setup of routine test or measurement equipment

Performs routine tests

Assists in the documentation of procedures and technique sheets for setting up test equipment

Performs setup of test or measurement equipment to controlled standards

Assists in the documentation of procedures for test equipment setup

Basic Qualifications

NDI certification in Ultrasonic (UT) and Eddy Current (ET) to NAS-410 or equivalent standard (Level II or higher) within last 5 years

5+ years’ experience performing NDT/NDI inspections including equipment set, flaw detection and interpretation of inspection results

Experience in Magnetic Particle, Penetrant, and Radiography

Willing and able to work variable shifts

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with regulatory agencies (DCMA, FAA, and/or Military)

Ability to obtain a Yankee White U.S. Security Clearance post-start

Certified in Magnetic Particle, Penetrant, and Radiography

Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications

Demonstrated accuracy and critical thinking in reviewing information and resolving issues

Proven commitment to confidentiality and high ethical standards while delivering quality work

Effective communication skills, including the ability to convey information clearly in both written and verbal formats

Ability to manage tasks independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment

Summary Pay Range: $75,900 – $96,600

External candidates selected for an offer are eligible for a $10K signing bonus.
