Job Description Summary Responsible for coordinating the development of company‑owned property to achieve business plans and financial objectives, managing budgets, monitoring work, and ensuring timely delivery of lots.
Responsibilities
Schedule and attend pre‑construction and onsite progress meetings.
Coordinate wetland mitigation work.
Manage day‑to‑day operations of general contractor and all other trades.
Schedule vendors/subcontractors to meet project schedules.
Direct trades on conflicts to achieve resolution.
Ensure compliance with all agency requirements.
Inspect improvements to ensure compliance with plans.
Coordinate start of home construction with contractors and agencies.
Communicate with other land staff, sales and construction as appropriate.
Create subdivision punch lists with inspectors.
Direct corrective punch list measures and periodic maintenance/repairs.
Implement maintenance measures.
Participate in new community opening meetings.
Create one‑year punch lists with inspectors.
Obtain conditional use and/or temporary permits as required.
Coordinate and communicate with Taylor Morrison Community Management Manager.
Prepare affordable housing program when required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
3+ years combined experience in the Home Building Industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Civil Engineering, Planning, or Construction Management.
Attention to detail – required.
Strong work ethic and commitment to implementation and execution.
Ability to anticipate obstacles and propose solutions.
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of budgeting, accounting principles, and improvement plans.
Strong computer and negotiation skills.
Action‑oriented and results driven.
Superior multi‑tasking and project management abilities.

FLSA Status Exempt
Salary Range $90,400 – $131,000 per year.
Physical Demands
Must remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally.
Taylor Morrison experience or successful completion of training may relax education/experience requirements.
