Job Title Key Lead, Chicago PO (Hollister)

Job Description The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in‑store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Responsibilities

Open and close store routines

Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness

Understand the business and drive results

Proactively identify opportunities and challenges

Pay attention to detail in all tasks

Operate register / point of sales

Protect assets and maintain security

Create and maintain visual displays

Use system skills (POS, inventory, etc.)

Schedule

Schedule will vary weekly but expect to work at least 12‑16 hours per week.

Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays and certain holidays.

During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

Qualifications

High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent (preferred)

At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred)

No supervisory or management experience required

Strong customer focus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of fashion trends

Outgoing, assertive, adaptable, and stress‑tolerant

Poise, ambition, multi‑tasking, applied learning, strong work ethic, omni‑channel services
