As a Digital Media Strategist, you will work closely with the digital marketing team to support the development and execution of digital strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive online growth. Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and programmatic buying.

Conduct research and analysis on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to support strategy development.

Collaborate with team members to ensure digital marketing initiatives are aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.

Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring performance.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and provide insights for optimization.

Assist in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other relevant channels.

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement.

Support the coordination and execution of digital marketing projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to implement digital initiatives and campaigns.

Assist in generating reports and presentations to communicate digital marketing results and recommendations to the team and stakeholders.

Job Specifications / Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus. Relevant certifications or coursework in digital marketing are a plus.

Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and concepts, with a strong interest in digital strategy.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights to improve digital marketing performance.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and programmatic buying platforms, such as Basis.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented and proactive mindset, with a strong willingness to learn and contribute to the team's success.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Proficiency in standard office and project management software such as Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and Monday.com.

Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices is a plus.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
