Customer Speaker Program Manager (Onsite – Arlington, VA or Seattle, WA)

We’re seeking a
Customer Speaker Program Manager
to support a global technology organization by driving the end‑to‑end management of customer speaking engagements and reference programs. This is a highly collaborative and program‑heavy role supporting large‑scale live events and high‑visibility customer storytelling initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Manage customer speaker nominations, pipelines, and program workflows
Own timelines, work‑back plans, and risk mitigation strategies
Coordinate cross‑functionally with events, PR, legal, creative, and technical teams
Oversee and track program budgets of
$500K+
Run weekly stakeholder meetings and drive follow‑through
Support live events, keynote prep, and customer participation logistics
Identify and implement process improvements to scale program impact

Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, Workfront, Jira, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Live event experience strongly preferred
