ACT Rehabilitation Specialist - 51st Clinic
Join Terros Health as an ACT Rehabilitation Specialist in our 51st clinic in Phoenix, AZ.
Primary hours at the site: Mon-Fri 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM. Flexible schedule required as this team provides treatment 7 days/week, including weekends and holidays.
Pay range: $18.38 – $25.00 per hour (DOE). $3/hour ACT Differential in addition to base pay. Full‑Time, Employed.
Location: 4616 N 51st Ave., #108 in Glendale, AZ; approximately 20% in an office setting, 80% in the field.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Health (preferred). No degree requirement, but experience must be demonstrated.
Must be bilingual – bilingual differential available.
Must have a very flexible schedule to provide treatment 7 days/week, including weekends and holidays.
On‑call and mileage reimbursement provided.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct treatment, rehabilitative and supportive services to clients served on the ACT team.
Assess members' needs and wants, participate in the development of individual service plans.
Act as a client advocate and liaise with families and community agencies.
Serve as the team's specialist for rehabilitation services by collaborating with other team members in assessing and delivering rehabilitation skills training as specified in the service plan.
Provide on‑call crisis intervention services, including weekend and holiday coverage.
