Overview Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Product Manager, eHealth to join our department. The Product Manager, eHealth will be responsible for managing both existing products and new product development for assigned products within Navitus' eHealth suite, which include e-prescribing (eRx), electronic prior authorization (ePA) and real time prescription benefits (RTPB). The Product Manager (PM) will report to and provide support to the Manager, Digital Health. The PM will assist with and identify solutions for system enhancements, stability, and quality by working with IT resources. The PM will work to create and monitor metrics that ensure product accuracy and quality, vendor strategy, and product management. Responsibilities related to this role will include participation of certification testing with vendors alongside IT resources, oversight of system enhancements, creating business requirements, troubleshooting, developing and reviewing requirements, oversight of some system support tasks and facilitating enhancement requests.

Responsibilities How do I make an impact on my team?

Manage the assigned eHealth products through adjusting and optimizing the marketing mix as products move through the product life cycle.

Apply project management techniques to effectively manage project scope, resources, budget, and timeline for product development initiatives.

Communicate to key cross‑functional areas about product executions or product development projects in a timely and effective manner.

Lead development of related products in a way designed to foster teamwork and maintain an outstanding customer service culture, including internal customers.

Assist in the analysis of product capacity and capabilities for managing new clients.

Develop and continually improve strategies, objectives, and policies for the assigned products / programs, and establish and monitor high performance standards and productivity measures / targets.

Responsible for the timely completion of eHealth product reports for transaction data and billing for Finance and Client teams.

Assist IT support teams to execute testing of system enhancements, test cases, managing defects, and documenting results within required timeframes.

Develop a keen understanding of Navitus products in the marketplace to work collaboratively to expand product offerings, refine current product positioning, and develop key messages for both existing and potential clients.

Promote transparency with proactive communication to Health Strategies leadership ensuring detailed requirements meet the needs of the business.

Work with Health Strategies leadership to ensure controls are in place that adequately assess system quality and stability.

Work with end users to suggest enhancements to the system or workflow processes to meet the needs of the business. Assist leadership in documenting requirements for new processes, services, and changes to existing processes and services to achieve department business and strategic goals.

Understand URAC, NCQA, NCPDP, and Government Program regulations as they affect product offerings. Implement and maintain process to comply with requirements.

Serve as a point of contact for critical IT support and issue resolution after normal business hours.

Attend and participate in industry standard setting organization meetings for eHealth products.

Qualifications What our team expects from you?

Bachelor's degree is preferred.

2 years' product management/development or related experience is required.

Experience in health, biomedical or pharmaceutical fields is preferred.

Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.

The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
