What is Required (Qualifications)
8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a healthcare setting
Strong knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, and business plan development
Proven leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
Expertise in program and project management methodologies and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience coaching and mentoring project managers
Familiarity with healthcare‑specific project management practices
