Lead and coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and dependency management across various systems Spearhead organizational change management efforts, ensuring successful user adoption of new systems and processes Proactively identify, track, and mitigate program risks, escalating critical blockers as necessary Utilize project management tools to report on project metrics and provide insights to leadership Establish and enforce project management processes, documentation standards, and communication protocols What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent professional experience 5+ years of experience in Project or Program Management, specifically with complex IT projects Experience in business systems management and change management Exceptional organizational ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a SaaS environment Knowledge of Positioning Services and Global Services offerings Familiarity with Jira or other issue tracking tools Experience with Oracle iStore or Oracle E-Business Suite Proven ability to manage projects involving AI/LLM components We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
