Job Description
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in Tempe, AZ. The Project Manager will oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring effective coordination across cross‑functional teams. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, expediting materials and equipment, monitoring inspection processes, coordinating logistics, and maintaining high standards in project execution. Collaboration with clients and team members to address project needs is a key component of this role.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Project Management, including organizing resources, scheduling, and meeting deadlines
Experience with Expediting and Expeditor‑related tasks to ensure project materials and services are delivered on time
Expertise in Inspection and quality control to uphold project and safety standards
Knowledge of Logistics Management for coordinating material flow and project supply chain
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with structural steel or iron fabrication projects is a plus
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Minimum 5 years structural steel experience.
Bluebeam, Tekla, Procore, and Excel experience.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided‑upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
