Job Details Working Supervisor – CNC Machining (3rd Shift)
Lead the Shift. Build Precision. Make an Impact.
What You’ll Do
Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills with accuracy and efficiency
Troubleshoot issues, adjust offsets, and ensure every part meets print
Support and train machinists, offering hands‑on guidance and mentoring
Oversee shift workflow, assign tasks, and maintain production targets
Perform inspections, document quality data, and support continuous improvement
Keep machines running through routine checks and light maintenance
Uphold a safe, clean, organized work environment
What You Bring
8+ years of CNC machining & setup experience
Strong knowledge of Mazatrol, G code, GD&T, and precision measurement
Experience leading or mentoring machinists (2nd/3rd shift preferred)
Ability to solve problems independently and make decisions on the fly
Commitment to quality, teamwork, and professional growth
