We are seeking an energetic, skilled Maintenance Reliability Manager for our facility in Arkansas City, KS. We operate 24 / 7, 7 days per week.

About The Job The Maintenance Reliability Manager will lead the plant’s production equipment maintenance and reliability programs.

What You’ll Do

Responsible for managing focus exclusively on production equipment with a team of approximately 20–25 mechanics, leads, and supervisors supporting five production lines (four running at any given time, 24/7, across three 8‑hour shifts).

Plans and directs the day‑to‑day activities of maintenance staff to ensure optimal utilization of maintenance resources, optimal balance of work week and weekend work priorities, effective work order processing, rapid production breakdown response, efficient project completion, and implementation of other maintenance policies and procedures. (25%)

Monitors maintenance of production machinery, related equipment, and spare parts inventory to ensure maintenance standards are met, to minimize down‑time, and to meet production schedule requirements. (25%)

Directs preventive maintenance and equipment rebuilds to ensure efficient and safe operations. (20%)

Designs or directs design of control systems to enhance company productivity and reduce downtime. (20%)

Supervises maintenance staff, including work allocation, training and development, performance appraisal, and motivation, to ensure maintenance operations objectives are met. (10%)

Performs other related and assigned duties as necessary.

Education/Certification What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related preferred

Experience

5-8 years of Experience in the Manufacturing Industry

Leadership experience — ability to coach, influence, and elevate a skilled technical team in a reliability‑based maintenance organization.

Demonstrated success building or leading reliability or TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) programs.

CMMS proficiency (iMaint or similar) and strong data‑driven maintenance management preferred.

Highly preferred; aseptic/liquid processing experience ideal (due to sterile, high‑value products and equipment sensitivity).
